Sometimes in July i started applying for Express Entry . But now I can't access my profile to update my information even though i have my account name and password correct. Please i need your help.

Clear your cache/cookies and try again, preferably on an incognito browser window. It's a well-known issue that has been around for years with no real fix bar my suggestion. If you do that enough times, you get in eventually.
