I assumg you are trying to get biometrics done so that you can apply for a tourist visa to Canada. Biometrics cannot be done from home. You can only give biometrics at the Visa Application Center in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar. There is no VIP service that allows you to do biometrics at home.

Unfortunately there are really only two options for you.

The first option is to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada, travel to Canada and then claim asylum once you are here. To get a TRV, you must complete biometrics and must also be able to submit your passport for visa stamping.

The only other option would be to leave Saudi Aradia and move temporarily to a different country. Once you are there, you would have to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and then UNHCR will decide where you will be resettled (to which country).

Wait for your family to go on holidays in a neighboring country, and then travel on your own to some asian country that takes in Saudis visa-free, apply for TRV at a consulate there, and if they require you apply for TRV from KSA tell them you can't cause your family disapproves of you traveling alone etc, hopefully they understand and let you apply there

or visit a friend and have her brother and the sis head with you to the finger print place in KSA...

if you arrive here, your asylum claim will be expedited and you'll be given special treatment; especially since Canada wants to stick it to KSA

Please don’t guarantee special treatment. The case of Rahaf al-Qunum was a one off special situation. If you are able to get to Canada you will go through the normal asylum process like everyone else. Getting a TRV while outside Saudi Arabia will be extremely difficult because you have to prove you will return home to get a visitor visa.
