I applied for CSQ on August, 2018 ( old system) . I am an inland applicant and have 2 years Working experience in Montreal. My Post graduate work permit will be expired on August, 2019 . I heard that, now it takes around 16 months to get CSQ. I am concerned about that and want to know if I can apply for Canadian experience class through express entry?Please advice. Thanks.
