I applied for Canadian visa when I was in US now I am back in India. Can I continue the visa process

I applied for Canadian visa when I was in US for a 3 weeks trip. Unfortunately I didn't get the visa as formalities to look longer than expected. Now I am back in India but as I have already paid the fees there so Can I continue the visa process from India in the same embassy in US?

Guess you meant you did not get a decision + you applied online, right?

You don't need to do anything to continue the process. You will be notified of the decision in your MyCIC online account. If you get a passport submission request, you can submit your passport to the nearest VFS/VAC in India (not directly to the US or India visa offices)

Thank you for your response. Actually there were some corrections that were required to be done in my application. And Canadian embassy in US send me the email to send new application along with the passports but I am in INDIA now and not sure if I am eligible to send my application again to Canadian embassy in US or not.

Also, there is a section in application form "country where applying" which is not accepting past date in "To" field as I have selected US from.the drop-down and I am in India now.
