I applied permanent residence to CIC on November 14th.
My work permit is expiring in March and I was getting worried so I applied common law sponsorship with my Canadian boyfriend last week. I have just received my AINP AOR today. What do I do now?
Will there be a problem if I applied to both programs?
My boyfriend has just relocated to Vancouver, BC and with AINP it won't allow me to work in any other places other than Alberta until the application process is completely finished right?
Am I better off giving up on AINP? and once I receive my new visa from common law I can move down to Vancouver as well...
If I don't extend my work permit using my AOR I should still be under implied status since I applied to common law and also applied for an open work permit?
Sorry there is a lot of questions I'm just really lost now.
