Hello everyone,

I have a doubt. Earlier today I received all the documents they argue CIO I have not sent the original certificate of IELTS, British Council but was told they would send in my name. You believe that I can resend the original and if the case did not send. The CIO and they charged me fees.

i tried to understand what you mean.
You MUST send your original ielts results. Dont ask the British Council to send it dirctly to cio.
I hope my answer is not off point. I am not realy sure whether what i undertood from your question is what you actualy meant.

Hello w_aamr ! What I mean is that I only received an original from British Council and I sent to CIO a copy and they refused today my application because They need the original. I would like to send again my documents to CIO but with my original certificate. If they have refused my application I lose my money.

The document checklist and guide specifically ask for the original, so why would you send a copy? :-X When you say they refused your application, do you mean all your documents were returned to you? Or did you receive a rejection letter?

i think your application was incomlete because you did not send the original ielts results.
The fees will be returned back.
Review your application package and send it again if your noc is still open or if you have an AEO.
