I am the principal applicant and including my wife in my application. I am in Canada applying inland for PR, but my wife is OUTSIDE CANADA.

Can I still submit my application inland or does she have to submit hers from outside Canada. Please HELP !!!!

You submit your application Inland, and your spouse will be evaluated by the visa office in her home country. She does not need to send any forms, when they receive the information from Canada, she will be contacted and instructed what to do.
