Please help me with advise,

My hubby had applied for his visitor visa to come and offer physical and moral support as we are expecting our first child. Its an important occasion for him to be there during delivery of our baby. I did an invitation letter including all the particulars needed and excluding the pregnancy information.
He attached his bank statement, permanent employment letter and property details of a house he owns.

How better can we do as we plan to resubmit the application? Anyone in this situation or has been in this scenario? Would appreciate advise...I am in a confused state

CIC is probably concerned he has plans to remain in Canada long term.

If he wants to reapply, he will need to provide very strong evidence of his ties to his home country to prove he has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. I would also recommend he keep his trip short (2-3 weeks).

You want to place as much focus as possible on the ties to his home country and minimize his ties to Canada and you.
