I am permanent resident of Canada but my spouse's study permit got expired in the end of July , is it possible to get married and get the legal stay ????
Trust you know that simply getting married will not change someone’s legal status in the country that will need to be resolved first if someone plans to remain in the country. Once married then of course you would need to go through the spousal sponsorship route where at some point any overstay may be questioned so is important to resolve current status first as a priority.
