I applied for PR based on skilled workers in Jan. 2005 and my case is shown still on process in CIC site. I applied from Iran and my file is in Dameshq office. I left Iran in march 2008 to Australia with student visa to study Master of Design in Digital media.I was graduated from master of Architecture while I applied for PR before comming here.
I am wondering if my new major is indirectly relate to my privious major , can I still remain in the same position as skilled worker?since its title is not master of Architecture,but it is designed and provided for graduates in Architecture and other visual arts in general.

I don't think it matters at all what you have studied while you were waiting. They will decide on your application based on the information you put in there. Once you are a PR in Canada, you can apply for any job you want.
