If you are on a work permit as a skilled worker, or on an open permit but working in a skilled position, your spouse can apply for a work permit based on your permit regardless of you applying for PR.
thank you for your reply ..I am a Skilled worker. ..so regardless that the name of my spouse and me are already there in the application for PR. she can apply for an open work permit ? just confirming . thank you
