Hello everyone, I am a PGWP holder and I applied my daughter for a tourist visa. I got her visa approval last Nov, 17, My question is, can she allowed to go to school? She is in grade 10 and she is 15yrs old. thank you

When is your PGWP expiring? You can try to register her with a TRV but since she is in high school, most likely you will be asked for a study permit. So apply for a study permit.

She had TRV already can she travel to Canada anytime right? When she get her i can applied her study permit. just read this on IRCC.

The child may have either a visitor record or a study permit when entering Canada. The child is authorized to study without a study permit if they have only the visitor record or a Canadian entry stamp on their passport.

Apply for study permit before she enters Canada. Many school boards will not allow a high school student to register without a study permit. Assume you have talked to the school board and they will allow here to register. You can read through the boards here of many students denied to register. So at least have the study permit in process before she enters Canada.

She has a TRV so can visit you. Assume you have a NOC A, B or 0 job for her to be eligible to attend school.
