I am on Multiple visitor Status , now want to study/work

Hi ,I have got 5 years multiple entry visitor visa but since I am here i loved the place and wanted to study/work. Please suggest me colleges and universities which are not very highly paid and also admission is guaranteed once i submit my docs , also and I am seeking for a job as Customer Service Supervisor or Food Service Supervisor. I have more than 10 years of experience in Call center industry and fastfood/restaurants.
I am looking for an employer who would be willing to apply an LMIA. My resumes and references are available upon request.Please help and suggest.

with so little information on your current qualifications, intended course, English language proficiency not sure how anyone can feedback on a study permit. Also as you know Canada is a fairly big place so which city are you focussed on. As an international student you could expect fees and living expenses in region of 25 to 30 thousand cdn per year so there are not really any cheap options for international students.

An LMIA in your job role might be as remote as winning the lottery without actually being in Canada and working in that role for an employer who might want to invest in an LMIA either off back of a study permit or a temp work permit.

Assume you have you checked out your eligibility to emigrate on the CIC site to look at all options on addition to LMIA

Thanks for the input , well I am in Alberta.I have completed my BSC Comp science in my country.My intended course is diploma or certifications in Computers. I have not done IELTS but all my educational background was in English and I got English proficiency letter from university as well.I am focused to study more and more and my choice would be to join any college which has low fees but I am not sure and not aware of this , please help me and also if I got admission in college can this Visitor Visa be converted to Student permit

Your application for a study permit has to be submitted to the visa office outside of Canada that is responsible for your home country. The study permit cannot be processed by a visa office within Canada. Your chances of being approved while you are visiting Canada are lower than if you are outside of Canada since it will be more difficult for you to prove you have ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

If you already have a bachelor degree then it would be best for you to take a post graduate diploma if you want to increase your chances of approval (best option would be a Masters).

How did you manage to get a visitor visa and, much more importantly, how did you manage to get past CBSA at the port of entry? It seems to me you're not a genuine visitor as your intentions are other than just to "visit."

The fact that you slipped through CBSA's cracks and are now physically present in Canada doesn't make you eligible for any benefit you weren't eligible for before. Therefore, rather than asking in this forum, you should go to IRCC's official website and figure out for yourself what, IF ANYTHING AT ALL, you might be eligible for.

i would like to draw your attention to fact that canada high commission in India is issuing student visa like FREE.It is approving candidates with 5.5 band also with no financial documents.
Students have got student visa on fake degrees as well. So with a short span Canada will become brown and there will be employment issues.A know two girls who have taken up jobs at 6 dollars per hour so you can well imagine the things to come.
Kindly report this to the immigration or CBSA

Thanks scylla for your guidance it means I have to go back to my country for getting a student visa . No issues I have already uni docs in my home country and my plan is to study masters in IT so that its much better to apply from my home country.

Thanks Marcus and Tajinder for your views and thoughts I really respect both of you.Well I was visiting my family here and to add in it I m a telecommunicationst by profession.I am not holding a fake degree from any country and above all everybody has his self respect so please I would request my both brothers to be polite when helping somone . If anybody is askin for information that doesnt mean he is illiterate , it means he needs a experience to apply for the betterment of humanity.

This plan is now more realistic. This will help you get a post-graduate work permit so you can get Canadian work experience to apply for PR.
