I am on closed work permit and want to bring future wife to Canada. Please guide.

Hi,

I am on closed work permit right now and will have 1 year experience in Canada in Oct. Since, my marriage is on the cards ending this year or starting next year, hence, I am posting this conversation to understand how to bring my would be spouse to Canada. Also, my would be spouse will be from India, I want to know all the visa process to bring her to Canada.

I have 3 questions:
1. Should I apply for my PR in Oct and once I get my PR, then I get married and apply for my would be spouse for PR?
OR
2. Should I apply for my PR in Oct and while my PR application is in progress, I get married, bring my would be spouse on work permit based on my closed work permit?
OR
3. Should I get married and bring my would be spouse on work permit based on my closed work permit and then apply for PR for both of us?
OR
4.Should I apply for her Visitor visa before marriage and then get married in India and come together to Canada and apply PR from Canada?

My main concern is to bring my would be spouse asap to Canada. Please guide me with the most effective way. Please advise.
