I am sponsoring my wife under family class and I recently got an offer to work in another province, can my wife land in the new provinvce or she needs to land in the same province on the sponsorship application form? your help is much appreciated

You should in any case let immigration know about your change of address. Otherwise they may suspect your wife of not planning to go and live with her sponsor.

As long is not Quebec. If it is you will need to apply for a CSQ.
