I THINK I AM IN A TROUBLE.

THE SITUATION IS: MY FATHER'S NAME IN ALL MY EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS IS ''MR ABU TALEB'' BUT IN MY PASSPORT IT'S ''MR ABU TALIB'.

AND IN MY WIFE'S EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS, HER MOTHER'S NAME IS ''SALEYA KHAN'' BUT IN HER PASSPORT IT'S ''SALYA KHAN''.

IS THIS A MATTER THAT WILL AFFECT MY FSW APPLICATION?

PLZ ADVICE AS I AM REALLY WORRIED

should not be a problem.

I had a similar problem with my father's name.

In Schedule 1, there are 2 rows for father's name. I entered both names in the 2 rows. then, in the additional sheet, I explained that he uses both names for official work.

it sailed past CIC, NS. still waiting for a response from CHC, ND but i don't think it will an issue...

P.S. Write in CAPS off mode... it seems as though you are shouting...

In Schedule 1, there are 2 rows for father's name. When you are submitting the final documents in 120 days, please entered both names in the 2 rows. Like Aanbaan said, in the additional sheet, explain that he uses both names.

At stage you when you have to fill the forms again, you can rectify this error & write an explanation letter along and you will be fine.

This is a live example. Shibleebd has already completed medicals. Names little bit mis spelt is no reason to worry.

You are not in a trouble, just send a letter of clarificaton to CIC and you should be good to go.
