I am in operator LMIA work visa , how i can get PR

Dear All,
Presently i am in operator LMIA work visa and its comes under NOC-D, MY qualification and experience is Industrial electrician and Instrumentation , in BC can i find employer with PR supporting facility? If you people have an idea kindly share with me how can get PR?

Which province are you located in? Do you have any work experience from outside of Canada in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation?

Dear Scylla,
My current working province is BC and i have wide experience in Instrumentation Technician and Industrial Electrician outside Canada this experience comes under NOC- B and C
