2) Years of experience
3) What NOC you need to apply
4) IELTS score
5) Credential evaluation

You either need to visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp and answer the questions therein or visit an agent and pay some $ and get started.

You need a job offer in Canada if you wish to apply through FSW. You don't qualify to apply without a job offer.
