Hello, I am 54 year old, with limited English. My question is if I am eligible to apply without language test. Regarding the guide after 54 year it is not required the language test. I will be 55 in October 2014. Can I apply now?

unfortunately you have to wait for your bday before applying for citizenship, it is clearly mentioned in the requirements..
