I am confused whether Experience related to Degree

Hi All,

I'm confused whether my work experience is related to my qualification, please drop your ideas and suggestion.

I did Bachelor in Textile Engineering and Masters' in the same field, and now I'm working in a Textile Mills, but the Job title do not make sense that I am working as a Textile Engineers, it seems I have business related qualification. My job title is "Assistant Manager" in Sales & Marketing department, and more or less I am engaged in Sales & Marketing activities of Textiles Products, and, the Industry is of cause matched with my qualifications. And please suggest NOC Code of my Job Title.

Education and work experience has to be related for Australia skilled work category PR and not for Canadian PR. And, Canadian PR process is DIY and taking the help of an immigration consultant is waste of money.
