I am confused i can apply or not Please help

Hi,
I am a diploma engineer in Bangladesh. I completed my Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering which is 4 year course from Bangladesh Technical Education board. Though i had plan to apply for a student visa in canada but for lacking of money i cant. I am now interested to go in canda as a worker in Express entry. Recently i worked in a IT Company as a Junior System executive from 3 years. Can i eligable to apply?? . I am 23 years old.

You have to get your degree evaluated first to Canadian equivalency. Then yes you may apply also you will have to show proof of fund of $12164 Canadian to be eligible.
