i just wana know that for the renewal of pr card we have to make a stay of min 2 years so so my quesion is that how they came to know that the person has lived 2 years or not if he travels outside the canada often and from where they get the history of our residency ?my sister has lived in canada for 1 and half year but when she was applying for her renewal of pr card she showed that in the documents that she has lived in canada for the 2 years that is a false statement but instead of all that she got the renwed pr card.....

Immigration doesn't know everything but they know a lot of things and your sister was lucky she got away with it. I would not advise anybody to knowingly lie to immigration.
