I am confused about the important date of C-24, some help here?

I will have my 1095 days on June 16, 2014, but I like to have some buffer days before application.

I am confused by the different date of the C-24.

My understanding (maybe it is wrong) is the C-24 will go

(1) 1st==>2nd==>3rd reading in the Par.
(2) 1st==>2nd==>3rd reading with the Sen.
(3) Royal assessment

before it really takes in force.

So the most important date will be (3)Royal assessment. The worst case would be after (3), the law will be ON immediately.

Am I right? When is the (3)Royal assessment???

dont worry too much. the law will most probably won't be effective immediately. usually they need some time to manage the internal process and staff training. you have plenty of time.

But there are a lot of concerns in the forum that the law will be in force quite soon. Maybe just right after the royal assessment.
