I am canadian citizen. My bf is from middle east. He is in US. He is out of status. where do we have to send our aplication once we
will apply . Pls need advice

His application will be sent to Mississauga. Once Mississauga has complete their reivew, the application will be forwarded to the visa office in the Middle East responsible for his home country. If an interview is required, he will have to attend in person and it will be held at the visa office in the Middle East responsible for his home country. Once the application is approved and CIC is ready to issue the PR visa, his passport will have to be sent to the visa office in the Middle East responsible for his home country.
