i am about to pass my application for permanent resident.

my application forms and documents for permanent resident under the live in caregiver program are almost ready i am wondering because i have a 19 year old dependant my daughter so there are certain application forms that says you/ spouse and dependant 18yr old and above. so i filedl up the form. can i sign in behalf of her? because it is really hard to send documents back and forth from the philippines not to mention it is really expensive. 2nd i have a 14 yr old dependant my son. but i was separated since 2006 with no communication and no financial obligation from the father. since its the philippines theres no divorce and i am having a hard time getting custody papers although i have both my children and supporting them . what shall i do? im so confused and stressed. but so lucky to find this forum.god bless and thank you
