I am a Student.Please Suggest best option to bring my spouse and child to canada

I came to canada last week through Study permit.
Now im planning to bring my Spouse and kid.Is that i need to apply TRV for both or i can apply work permit for my wife and TRV for my child.
If TRV is the best option then please tell me that how much fund i should show in my scotia account to get through the visa.

Please advise.

Regardless of intent, they both need a TRV to enter Canada. IMO your wife needs a SOWP and your son a TRV. Please ask this questions in the relevant forum:
