I am a part time nurse in hospital and communities.
There's no full time position for new hires due to SENIORITY.

I am worked mostly over 37.5 hours, but less than 37.5 hours, for example 30 hours, in some week.

Do I have to count the weeks of only I worked 37.5 hours?
or I can fill 1950 hours in 12 month?

How many overtime they accept?
some times I worked 60 hours a week because I have 2 jobs to fill "FULL TIME EQUIVALENT"

It is really stressful.
I've been sick for 3 weeks and I think the application will be delayed 3 weeks due to the lack of working hours.

any advice or experiences???

If you are a CEC student with a 2 years course and then 1 year of work, you need minimum 1950 hours and minimum 12 months work to apply. That is, you go over your pay slips and add all your hours together. If you have 1950 hours in 12 months, 13 months, 14 months etc. doesn't matter. As long as you have at least 12 months and 1950 hours, you can apply. Work on an off campus permit is not counted.

If you are a CEC worker, you need 24 months and 3900 hours to apply. Same thing, count your hours. If you have your 3900 hours in 25 months or 26 or 27 etc. doesn't matter, as long as you have at least 3900 and at least 24 months.
