I am BA, LLB, MA, MBA, and other Post Graduate diplomas in HRM, Banking & Finance, Entrepreneurship, Labour Law, and Labor Studies, and working experience in Senior Management for more than 35 years with Financing, Team Building, and Leading, Entrepreneurial, Customer Service and Relations, Handling Legal Matters and Grievances Handling, etc., etc. I am interested in the Canadian work Permit. How to proceed as I have no job offer so far from a Canadian Employer.

You need a job offer to get a Canadian work permit. Not only that, once you have a job offer then your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. So your next steps are to apply to jobs on Canadian job sites like Job Banks. Not to be negative but few, if any employers will respond as you don’t have work authorization and your age may be a factor too.

Given your age, you will not be eligible for immigration programs.
