I accidently put my PGWP and passport in washing machine and dryer

Hello!

I am so embarrassed to post this question, but today I accidently put my passport and PGWP into washing machine and dryer. Do I have to have both of them reissued?

PGWP is torn into 3 pieces(but the all the information is visible) and the passport is a bit bent.
