I accidentally submitted my application without adding additional document that was asked for.

Hi,

I completed WP application of my husband and I had not uploaded copy of his current visa stamping(Visitor) on passport. The application was reopened for the same by CIC but the new document failed to get uploaded and accidentally resubmitted. Not sure how to get it reopened again.
Please advice,
