Hello, group members. I'm unsure if this is the right group to ask, but I need assistance. I'm traveling to India from Canada with a flight from the USA. As a Canadian PR, I learned I need to fill out the I-94 form via the CBP One app when entering the USA by land. How long is the form valid, and do I need to reapply when returning to Canada via the USA? The app mentions being at the port within 7 days of form submission, but is reporting exit necessary when taking a flight to India? Please guide! Thanks in advance!!

No, your exit is automatically recorded when you leave the U.S. There is no need to do anything.

Setting an appointment and paying for the I-94 in the app in advance is a nice-to-have thing for your convenience, but also not mandatory.
