I-94 - Nexus Card linked to Visa

A few months ago a customs agent told me I should have my Nexus card linked to my O1 Visa for when I'm entering and exiting, so I did, and just travel in and out using the Nexus machines. I'm now looking to access my most recent I-94 and it says there's no record of me travelling at all when I put in my information. I've tried entering my Nexus number and my Passport number as well. Has anyone else linked your Nexus to your Visa successfully? If so, how did you access your most recent I-94?

You can try with your previous passport number.

Also check the travel history, it can be different from I 94.

Hey @NYCCanadian can you explain what you did precisely to "have your Nexus card linked to your O1 visa"?

I'm trying to do the same thing but there is no clear guidance online and the phone lines are down.
