I’m processing Express Entry with PNP. Can I go to abroad and stay until the process finish?

I applied for Express Entry with OINP.
I got AOR and waiting for Medical pass.
However I have to visit to my original country for personal reason.
Can I go to abroad and stay for a long time like until the Express Entry process finish?
