Presuming - Under FSW do not yet have a job in Canada/no work permit in Canada
Once a person has a COPR (after PPR), and you land in Canada, but have not yet gotten your PR card, would you be able to secure a job and start working before actually recieving PR card (i.e. dies the COPR give you the right to start working?).
