Hi,
How long does it usually take cic to return the marriage certificate or Nikah certificate. Mine were sent back last week, and they asked my husband for a remedical, and the application status changed to 'in process'. So what's usually their next step?
P.s they haven't asked him for an interview yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

yea so once you got the medical done, and visa office had recieved it; then they will ask you for a passport request. DON'T WORRY

I was kind of worried about the Nikah nama part because they returned it so fast. I wasn't sure if it's normal or not.

The documents are usally retuned before they request the passport. If there was an issue. They would let you know by email. DON'T WORRY YOU ARE VERY CLOSE to "decision made". Get that medical done fast
