I am a Masters student at Dalhousie University university..receiving 15000 per year as funding and I have TA. My study permit is expiring on March,2019, but i want to pursue my PHD as well. My husband has 8000 CAD in his savings. I can also show some money in my account. Can my husband apply now for OWP with this amount of money and for this short amount of time? Please help how can I strengthem my application!!
