Husband doesn't want to come to Canada"included in the PR application(LCP)..Help

Hi seniors especially under the LCP program.. Just 8th month of my PR application, I have a daughter and a husband as my dependents in Philippines eversince my husband doesnt want to come to Canada but I still include him in my application hoping that he'll change his mind unfortunately never happen. I am planning to remove his name from the application, Would it be a good idea?
What are the steps to start wirth? Will it caused longer processing on my application? I left my daugther when she was almost 4 months old, I'd able to see her 3x since then now she's 6 in May. I really miss her and want to make up on those days that I wasnt there as her mom. I want to have a happy family but he doesnt want to come to Canada..hoping for your suggestions..Thank you so much..

thats really sad to hear and my heart goes out to you. i think you can write to CIC and tell them that he wont be coming to Canada at this time but he will still have to undergo medical and police screening, Unfortunately the onlly way to avoid that is to get a divorce and exclude him totally
