I got loa for humber. I plan to take a visa on that basis and then move to Seneca or some post secondary diploma program. so how does Humber refund the fees? Do they give refund back to account or transfer directly to the college u plan to move to? BTW I will withdraw only after confirmation from the other colleges so pls tell me the procedure. When I withdraw will Humber notify this to CIC?
