Hi everyone, I try to send an H&C for the best interest of my children, and they sent me back my file because I have an appeal in process of my refugee case.
I don´t understand if their is an exception of the 1 year bar if you have children, why they didnt receive it?

I believe your refugee appeal will need to be finalized first, before you can consider a H&C application.
So you would need to withdraw your appeal or wait for final decision, then apply for H&C.
