Hi, how can I do to have an strong case for Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds, buying a house could help? Obviously, I cant base the whole HnCompassionate case just with a property but what else could I need to do to have an acceptation ??

Buying a property is unlikely to help much if you are fundamentally unable to raise a convincing H&C case. What are your basic grounds for H&C?

Buying a house won't help at all. Anyone can buy a house. Suggest you dedicate time to studying the requirements for H&C.

I lived almost 6 years with my family (daughter and my wife). We had no status in US

How we establish in Canada could be a factor if I buy a house but I need suggestions about what else could I do to apply

Hi, a lawyer told me about the issue that the 6 years could cause but he also told me to considerate a Humanitarian n Compassion application If I get refused so I would like to know more about HnC application If you know about it pls

With all due respect, if you are asking about how to "create" strong H&C grounds means you know you don't have one. H&C cannot be fabricated, no one here will tell you how to create a strong H&C case. Take scylla's advice and read more about the process but my thinking is that if you need to ask HOW to create a strong case, your chances are slim. Good luck!
