Humanitarian and compassionate application outside Canada

I deported from Canada in Dec. 2009. I have two Canadian born children living with me. I want to make a application for permanent residence in Canada under humanitarian and compassionate grounds from outside Canada using refugee class application form. I don't know where I can mail the application. I will appreciate if someone help me out.
