Hello Everyone!
It's good to have the chance to ask my question in this form.
Me and my spouse would like to immigrate to Canada in the following 2-3 years.
I have a BA in humanitarian studies and two and a half years of marketing experience in an international governmental organization. Recently, I decided to make a career change towards human resources management due to a short but exciting and fulling experience I had in that field.
In order to be able to qualify for employment in the HR field in Canada, I assume both experience and appropriate education is needed. Therefore, I plan on getting an MBA with an organizational behavior specialization plus working experience.Another important factor is that I am trying to find a job in an international company which could be known and valued by a Canadian employer as well.
My question is, if it is not possible to combine studies with a full time job work , which criteria matters more for a Canadian employer :education or experience?
Thanks in advance!
Maria
