Hello Everyone!

It's good to have the chance to ask my question in this form. :)

Me and my spouse would like to immigrate to Canada in the following 2-3 years.
I have a BA in humanitarian studies and two and a half years of marketing experience in an international governmental organization. Recently, I decided to make a career change towards human resources management due to a short but exciting and fulling experience I had in that field.

In order to be able to qualify for employment in the HR field in Canada, I assume both experience and appropriate education is needed. Therefore, I plan on getting an MBA with an organizational behavior specialization plus working experience.Another important factor is that I am trying to find a job in an international company which could be known and valued by a Canadian employer as well.

My question is, if it is not possible to combine studies with a full time job work , which criteria matters more for a Canadian employer :education or experience?

Thanks in advance!

The only criteria which matters for an employer in this case is a complete inability to hire the same specialist from a local labor market.
That's to say that you either 1) must be a highly qualified professional in your area whose experience is applicable to Canadian background, or 2) already have an employer who is willing strongly to assist you with your professional emigration.
It's really, really, really very hard to get a job offer if you apply from outside of the country and don't have a work permit.

You may better check current Canadian post-study immigration opportunuties and opt for a Canadian degree.
