Choose as 'Primary NOC' the one where you have the longest, verifiable experience. The other NOC can also be part of your work history if you want to highlight all your work experience.

Accounts receivable - 10 months
Payroll associate - 4 months
Lecturer - 1 year
HR coordinator - 1 year
Trainer banking - 1 year 6 months
NOC - Human resource professionals
NOC - Vocational Instructor
Pls advise.

Check if you can club Lecturer and Trainer banking together. If that is possible, choose that NOC.
If that isn't possible, choose the NOC specific to Trainer banking experience. And you can add up the other jobs to add up to 3+ years of experience to get additional points under Skills Transferability.
