hello guys need help po,.for pick up n documents ko tomorrow eh may kulang pa q,.HAnd written lang po ba ang pag fill up dto sa form ng work permit,.tnatry q po xa fill up now eh,..ndi ko mgawa any suggestion po,..GODBLESS

You have to fill up on the computer then validate, print and sign. you have to complete your documents if not they will return your documents at your cost. Why and what are your difficulty in filling up the forms? Ask your questions here in the forum. Cancel your pick up date if you are not ready. Is your LMO is about to expire?

Hello sir ung work permit Information form po ung ndi ko ma fill up,..meron na po aq Application for work permit and family information na validate ko na po,..bali un lng ung additonal form na cnv skin nung call center agent na kailangan pa i submit,..aug. pa po expred ng LMO ko,. WORK PERMIT INFORMATION FORM- embassy canada manila..

Punta ka sa internet shop sabihen m na magpaconvert ka from pdf to jpeg. Then pagjpeg na
