I have applied for HSMP in Feb,2008, i want to know that my application is still in process or they have stopped and going to refund me and has stop processing. There is no change in my online application status but few months back i read that they are going to return the applications which has applied in Feb,2008 and will refund but i have no news after that , please reply me, thx
