Hi guys, my hrsdc s running late. what should i do? nd just few days left to send documents
should i send documents without approval?
should i write cover letter to explain delay?

u can send ur document without AEO....& after later add AEO..
bytheway when did ur employer apply AEO..

Be aware that the processingtimes for an AEO is approximately nowadays 18-20 weeks!!!!
(I think it will even take longer than that!)
There is one guy on this forum, named rKo, who has send in his application without his AEO AND a coverletter that his AEO approval will arrive later and his visa application is rejected!!!!
Just because his AEO approval wasn't in time......
Just look at the topic Arranged Employment Opinion and you can read the whole story.
My advice to you is, wait for the AEO before send in your visa application.

Absolutely right. WAITING is better than REJECTION, I think.
