Hows the possibility to get Ontario PN with CRS score 402 ?

I read that the Ontario Pn is close now, but, when it will open, how's the possibility to get PN with 402 score ?

Talks are of it re-opening again in Oct or Nov of this year, but no one is sure. 402 is a marginal score and you may have a chance, but try and improve it if you can.

If you are applying under CEC, you have a pretty good chance of nomination. May not be the case if you are an FSW applicant.
