I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LIVES IN CANADA AND HE IS GOING TO SEND ME AN INVITATION
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE CAN HE GET IT FROM ,?

He has to write that letter himself and send it you either addressed to you or the CHC.

He should clearly mention why he wants you to visit for how long and if he will be taking care of you while you are in canada then he will have to produce employment and bank statement.

they told me once that who want to send you the invitation he or she should get it from the embassy
is it write i mean does this exist........i mean is there another place can he or she get the invitation from ??

No. he has to write the letter himself if you google online you can find many samples of invitation letter... it has to be written by your friend in canada.
