How/When do I get PER?

I sincerely apologize for asking the same question over and over again.

As dumb as it sounds, this question remains unanswered even after the series of posts here and lots of goggling which I am sure some of are not too thrilled about.

Below are my details:

Application received for 2171: 13th Aug 2014
CC Charged: TUE, Nov 11 2014
Confirmation email received from CIC (along with UCI & Application Num): December 2
When I check status online: In-Process
When I click on status online: We received your application for permanent residence on August 13, 2014.

I know I should be waiting to hear from local VO but they might NOT be able to reach out to me since they have my mailing address wrong and my multiple emails forms to CIC to update the address don't seem to be working.

OK thanks much Regina, should i call CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE at Sydney or My local VO at CPC-O?

No correspondence is done through postal address until no email address is provided

So once u hear from ur local vo tell them about it
